Hi there! I'm Katelynn Newton, a 27-year-old college graduate and a proud wife. My love for wedding planning and floral design blossomed while I was planning my own wedding. As an adventurous introvert with a passion for flowers, I'm thrilled to help make your special day unforgettable. I started this business to assist couples in savoring this precious time and deepening their connection with God as they start their marriage journey. As spouses, we are called to love one another as Christ loves the church, and I strive to serve each couple with that same love and commitment.

I have recently moved to Staunton, Virginia and have grown my business by adding on a new lead coordinator for Georgia. God keeps blessing us and allowing this business to grow. I'm so honored to have you hear and hope to hear from you!

Wedding Planning
Starting at $1,800
We provide tailored planning packages designed to meet your unique requirements. Whether you need a little guidance to ensure everything is in order or support throughout the entire process, your coordinator is here to assist you. Each of our planning packages includes a 12-hour day-of coordination service, along with monthly meetings and access to my preferred vendor list.
Day of Coordinator
8 Hours starting at $1,200
This package includes 8 hours of on-site support. It's designed for those who require minimal assistance and just want someone available on the day of the event. Your coordinator will assist with the rehearsal and as the liaison between all vendors on your special day. You've already done the work, now let us ensure everything unfolds as you imagined.
12 Hours starting at $1,500
This package offers 12 hours of on-site assistance tailored to your vision. Your Day of Coordinator (DOC) will ensure your wedding day runs seamlessly from start to finish, including support during the rehearsal and acting as a liaison with all your vendors on the big day. Perfect for couples who appreciate a keen eye for detail and wish to navigate potential family dynamics effortlessly. You've done the planning; now let us take over so you can enjoy a stress-free celebration.
Starting at $1,000
As a passionate floral designer, Katelynn blends floral artistry with extensive coordination services or offer them individually. Her focus on weddings enables her to have in-depth conversations about your floral visions for your special day. Most of the floral arrangements displayed on our website are designed by her, and we encourage you to check out our social media for a wider glimpse of our work. She can't wait to help make your a reality!
*Please note Katelynn is the only floral designer of KNewton Weddings, and while willing to travel, she is based in Virginia.
